So, am I the only one who didn't know that you can highlight a link, press "control K", and make it a hyperlink?  So, if I want to link this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz6v6OfoQvs, I just do control k and, voila- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz6v6OfoQvs  (assuming it will publish in the form I see now.  it turned blue, which is what you are looking for).

Also:  Quizizz and ED Puzzle now integrate seamlessly with Google Classroom.  Fool around with them yourself, or stop by and I'll give you a demo.

What is GIS mapping?

A geographic information system (GIS) are maps that help visualize, question, analyze, and interpret data to understand relationships, patterns, and trends. They can be used across the curriculum.

This year Lori LaFrance's students are using the power of GIS mapping to analyze, and interpret salt march data. With the help of Glenn Hazelton, community member, and Northeastern professor, our students will be collecting salt march data using an app Glenn developed to upload data to a GIS map. They will be presenting their findings to the Mass Audubon Society held on November 17, 2017.

There are GIS mapping curriculum for elementary school, science, US history, and American Literature located at: http://education.maps.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=39505ed571d646c8b6

Creating and grading quizzes just became easier with Google Forms. There is a feature in Google Forms that allows you to set point values for questions, set answers keys and have your quizzes autocorrects themselves. The quiz feature provides immediate feedback to your students. Great tool for formative assessments. Check out this video clip to see how easy it is to create quizzes.
